About Us
Leviathan Fishing Adventures offers full service fishing and recreation charters throughout the Highlands Region of Maine. Our primary service area is bound by Moosehead Lake and Mount Kathadin, comprising of areas north of Newport and throughout the Katahdin Iron Works, Moosehead Lake and Sebec Lake region. Our charters are near many of the rural communites in this area or in the large tract of wilderness between Mt. Katahdin and Moosehead Lake known as the 100-Mile Wilderness for the Appalachian Trail enthusiasts.
Some other facts about our company:
- Founded in 2007 as a fishing-only guide service.
- Licensed as a recreation guide in 2010.
- Based out of Dexter, we provide services in the Newport, Greenville, Milo, Brownville and Millinocket areas.
- Independently owned and operated by Levi Ladd.
